Thank you trainers and master trainers for making a big difference in our lives! This is the core message from all the trainees who joined us in celebrating Teacher’s Day, Trainer’s Day and Master Trainer’s Day.

The path to effective skill development and on-the-job training (OJT) and work-integrated learning (WIL) is carved out by three key stakeholders: the learner / trainee, the trainerand the employer / professional practice.
