Karthika was studying in CVM HSS Vandazhy (Commerce group) in plus one when ASAP came to campaign at her the institution. The inspiration and motivation from her friends and teachers and the impact of ASAP orientation class made her think about her future.

She belongs to a poor family and lost her father in an accident. Her mother couldn’t do anything for the family and she has 2 siblings. Her uncle tries to meet both ends of the family. Her hard work and dedication created a new opening in her life.

Through ASAP she achieved good skills. As a part of 3 months internship in the skill course (Certificate in Accounting Technician), she reached Vandazhy Panchayat office. A reputed IT solutions company called “AVATHAR” was planning to launch an office at Vadakkancherry. So they reached the Panchayat office for license.

Karthika’s work performance in the Panchayat office paved a new beginning to her life. Now she is a part of “AVATHAR group”. Her mother was so happy that she is able to earn at such a small age and has taken up the responsibilities as an elder daughter .She says that it was ASAP that got her a job. Her voyage with the ASAP team brought success into her life.
