AISECT to provide free vocational training: AISECT has signed a MoUs with the Government of Gujarat to provide free vocational training to train over 3000+ students under various schemes in Gujarat. 

Nagaland

KVKs conduct training activities in Wokha: Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) has been conducting various skill training programs on “floriculturist-protected cultivation” for youths and farmers across the state.

Skill development news from academia and training partners

CIPET to provide skill training to 5 lakh people: CIPET is going to provide skill development training to five lakh persons as well as five Lakh Technology Support Service to the polymer industry during the period of 2019-24.

Three driving schools to be set up at Rajamahendravaram: APSRTC is going to set up three driving schools at Rajamahendravaram. Training would be imparted for 32 days including 16 days allotted for practicals and 16 days for theory classes.

LLC in collaboration with Ansal University launches certificate program: The London Learning Centre (LLC) has announced the launch of India’s first-ever certificate programme for young adults aged between 18 and 32 years in collaboration with Ansal University, Gurugram. Read more…
