Meet Ms. Lalitha R, a student from BridgeNow Academy who achieved her dream despite challenges

The success story of Ms. Lalitha, a student of Aeronautical Engineering

Ms. Lalitha R, one such student and a shining star, who overcame challenges and realized her true potential to achieve her dream. Her success story is an example and true inspiration. Ms. Lalitha received a gold medal for securing highest mark in Aeronautical Engineering.

Education is the passport to the future and tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today – this is what BNA’s student Lalitha had proved with all determination and dedication.

Ms. Lalitha R comes from a very humble background. Her father and mother run a vegetable shop in Hiriyur of Chitradurga. BridgeNow Academy is extremely proud of Lalitha on receiving a gold medal for securing highest marks in Aeronautical Engineering in VTU. Lalitha, completed her Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) from Vagdevi School with 94% and then did her PU from SRS College, obtaining 87%. After being selected at a National Skill Development Programme sponsored by the CSR initiative of GKN Aerospace, she is currently interning at BNA and is going to be placed as a full-time employee with a reputed firm.

GKN Aerospace India leverages CSR initiatives to offer a course in Aerospace Structural Engineering. The training program was successfully executed and managed by BridgeNow academy, a leading engineering training solutions provider in aerospace, automotive and other high-tech domains. Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council (AASSC) monitored and assessed the outcome of the program. 

BNA is all set to launch a training program in Aerospace Structural Design and Structural Analysis for the financial year 2020-21. The intent of the program remains same as before. BNA, GKN and AASSC will continue to partner to deliver such programs to support the Aerospace ecosystem. 

BNA will continue to nurture and encourage Ms. Lalitha R to pursue her ambition in Aeronautical Engineering and augment her career by providing relevant training specific to her domain. She is soon to be placed in a reputed firm, where she would utilize her knowledge and skills acquired at BNA.
