DFID-India and BFSI SSC (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Sector Skill Council) are conducting an online workshop on key insights and recommendations drawn from their jointly commissioned study titled- ‘Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Industry – A Future Skills Perspective’.
The study was conducted by DFID’s technical assistance implementation partner KPMG. The key objective of the study was to project the incremental manpower requirements for the sectors as well as collate insights from a range of exhaustive primary interviews and secondary research to understand the new skill sets needed in the evolving industry scenario.
