Training for four job roles, namely Junior Rubber Technician, Mill Operator, Extruder Operator and Compression Moulding Operator, has already begun in Srikakulam, Vishakapatnam and Nellore. The affiliated training partner, Meher Software Solutions, has mobilized students from around the area to provide them with skill training apt for the rubber industry. These trainees will be ready to be deployed by the end of May 2018. RSDC urges the rubber industries around these locations to step forward and hire these trainees.

“Andhra Pradesh is fast emerging as an Auto hub of the country, being ranked much higher on the ease of doing business index. A clutch of top automobile and tyre companies have already committed to set up manufacturing base in the state. Needless to say, rubber sector will get a fillip in the state and so will be the demand for the skilled manpower.
