Vinod S, who hails from Palakkad, Kerala, was brought up in an economically poor family. His father worked as a coolie, and due to his meagre wages, Vinod had to undertake part-time jobs, such as tailoring, electrician, etc. along with completing his class 12 board exams and ITI course. The situation worsened after marriage.

He now has the confidence and resilience to face any setback and progress in his career. He receives a salary of 17,000 pm. He has completed 2 months of work.

Her basic qualification is graduation. She underwent the Non- Voice BPO training under S B Global Educational Resources Pvt. Ltd, for a period of 3 months. The training centre was Indira Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Kerala. Â
This training is under DDU-GKY has really transformed her life, personally and professionally. Her biggest relief is that she is financially independent now. She receives immense satisfaction from seeing her parents smile, especially her father. Her next goal is to have a good house for her family, and she is sure that day is not far.
Her current designation is customer care executive in New Leader Communication, Perumbavoor (Authorised Center Idea Cellular Ltd. She earns a gross pay of 10000 per month.

Manikandan C belongs to Kerala. His father passed away 4 years ago, and his mother struggled to make ends meet. He and his brother took the responsibility of running the family, as their mother’s wages were not enough. He failed to get a job even after an ITI degree. His brother worked, but it was not enough. Manikandan dreamt of being financially independent and running the household well.
He underwent the Electrician course at DDU-GKY Attapadi centre, and now he is working as a plumbing technician at Freeze Fast Technologies, Ernakulam.
I feel confident now of facing any kind of financial setback and making good progress in his career. He has completed 2 months of work, and is earning 17000 pm.
