Since her childhood, Sneha was a keen learner and observer. She completed her schooling and graduation from Kolkata with the support of her parents.
Just like any other middle class girl, Sneha started her career immediately after her graduation from a well- known company Wipro and gradually moved to Concentrix. She worked there as a Customer Care Executive (CCE) for almost 2 years. She was happy working there, but it seemed her actual aspiration was something else. Since childhood she actively participating in social projects and always felt the urge to lend a helping hand to the poor or less privileged. She took all possible efforts to help the slum dwellers living nearby, from initiating a night school to collecting funds for their cultural events or sports.
One day she received a call from Orion Edutech regarding the Skill Development Projects. She was offered the job role of a CCE Trainer. She felt curious about the job profile, since it could be an ideal platform to peruse her childhood aspiration. It was a more senior position than her current job and moreover a significant opportunity to develop the rural youth of India. She is currently working with Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd. since last eight months at Chingrighata Center, Kolkata. “It gives me immense pleasure to be involved in the Training and Development programs of an esteemed organization” says Sneha.
Warm and passionate by nature, Sneha, did not hesitate to leave the glamour and comfort of working in a multinational company and joined the current profile even with a lesser salary. However, her happiness and satisfaction is reflected in the twinkle of her eyes, she would like to tell those people who feel she left a better paying job for the current one that she receives happiness that money can’t buy and has a deeper understanding of her work here.
