NTTF collaborates with Skanray to launch Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Technical field

Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF), a premier institute for technical skilling has partnered with SKANRAY, Mysuru, a leader in medical electronics technology to bridge the skill gap to offer state of the art industry attached Postgraduate Programmes. 

The two-year program offered at Mysore (SKANRAY campus) provides Engineering Graduates an opportunity to acquire advanced skills and knowledge relating to Biomedical Engineering , with specialisation opportunities in the fields of Biomedical Electronics, Power Electronics and Automation and Machine Design and Robotics with extensive exposure to CAD / CAM / CAE to meet the growing demands of the industries.

This program is designed and structured for the holistic development of students and open doors of employment in the fields of Biomedical Imaging Systems, Bio-Instrumentation & Automation as well as Biomedical Devices and Rehabilitation Engineering.  Course is structured with the following topics,

  • Communication  
  • Foundation subjects like Mathematics, Science
  • Knowledge in Core Subjects, technology
  • Special skill needed for the job roles
  • Management – personality Development

NTTF collaborates with SkanrayThis program builds knowledge and skills in the students to perform in many job roles and any Engineering Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / Information technology can apply for this programme. The training methodology used for grooming students comprises 35% theory and 65% practical.

Only 10 students will be allowed to take the programme per course and the courses are scheduled to begin from September or October 2020. The duration of the course will be for two years and program location is Skanray Technologies Pvt Ltd, Mysore. 

NTTF has been imparting technical training since 1959 with centers spread across India in 16 states. This 60 year old institution has over 60 industry-partnered setups and 30 training centres throughout India. The institute offers courses in Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Computer Engineering and Mechatronics to make the students future-ready. All the programs are designed as per industry requirements and they are offered as 3-year diploma with work-integrated learning model. The Post-Graduate Diploma also attracts many graduate engineers.

Students will get to learn from NTTF’s 60 years’ experience in providing world-class technical education along with the best infrastructure and educators from industry leader Skanray, having practical and direct Industrial exposure to build a career in the medical technology industry.
