Ministry of WCD partners Skill Development Ministry: Women and Child Development (WCD) has partnered Skill Development ministry to empower women and youth. Skill based programs on adventure sports and film-making: With the objective of creating skill-based programs in Jammu and Kashmir, the government is planning to set up skill-based training programs related to adventure sports and film-making.
