Rupali, Trainer, Financial Accounting
Meet Rupali Patil, a 22 year old Bcom graduate from NKT College (Thane) living with her parents at Bhiwandi. Her father owns a small scale delivery business and her mother is a homemaker. Rupali is the only child of the family and thus she understands that she has to maintain herself economically, professionally and emotionally in order to live a sustained and prolonged life and provide the same for her family.
Rupali could not have possibly predicted the events of her life after joining LabourNet while she heard about their Tally course for the first time through her friend. It came as a complete surprise to her when she learnt about the merits of the program as she had never previously heard about such a course that not only provides elaborate subject matter but also concentrates on developing an individual’s personality.
Rupali describes her classroom environment to be one of the most rewarding experiences of her life. She says she had the liberty to be surrounded by a set of extremely professional trainers whose practical approach and friendly nature shaped her vocational abilities and effectively refined her skill set. The trainers would often indulge in interactive games which involved a lot of fun and learning and ensured Rupali’s participation in the class. With constant help and support from her trainers, she also improved on her english speaking skills with emphasis on her speech and grammar. Her trainers also made sure that they concentrated on various interpersonal skills such as interviewing skills and language development.
Overall, Rupali feels that the course definitely exceeded her expectations that she had set before the commencement of the course. She could evidently notice that there were prominent changes in her entire personality with respect to her personal and professional life. She feels that the entire course; from the trainers, the environment, the interactive activities to the comprehensive nature of the program, all played a vital role in increasing her self-confidence. Rupali is eager to explore more additional courses and feels driven to take on any challenge.
Rupali had outstanding attendance through the course of the program and after successfully passing her exams with flying colours, she earned several interviews at renown companies such as HDFC Bank etc. Witnessing such a massive transformation in Rupali’s personality and skills, her trainers encouraged and motivated her to give an interview for LabourNet itself for the position of a trainer. Rupali was extremely moved by the offer and was over the moon when she heard about her acceptance with LabourNet. She is currently working full time at the Vikhroli and Thane centres, where she teaches students about Tally and also concentrates on developing their personality.
