The Indian School of Business (ISB) has collaborated with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) with an aim to build and enable a thriving skilling ecosystem in India.
The MoU was inked by Professor Deepa Mani, Deputy Dean – Digital Initiatives and Executive Education, ISB and Ved Mani Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer, NSDC.
ISB and NSDC will collaborate to conduct joint research on labour markets, identify and compare skilling requirements across industries and occupations, enable the delivery of courses digitally, and build the capacity of managers, educators, trainers, and grassroots leaders in the skilling and education sector.

Join on WhatsAppTalking about this partnership, Professor Deepa Mani, said, “We are delighted to extend ISB’s knowledge partnership with NSDC. Backed by sound research and market insights, our collaborative efforts will include the co-creation and development of research collateral, sectoral needs assessment, and the launch of aligned skilling initiatives at scale. We believe that our partnership with NSDC would go a long way in equipping citizens to become future-ready while also catering to the growing and imminent needs and expectations of diverse stakeholders in the skilling ecosystem in the country.”

Additionally, ISB will oversee the creation and implementation of online (jointly certified) training programmes, sectoral assessments, entrepreneurship development activities, a digital learning ecosystem, and capacity building in collaboration with the NSDC.
