Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council Conferred With‘SKOCH AWARD FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT 2018’ At 53rd SKOCH Summit
Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council bagged SKOCH Order-of-Merit Awardfor qualifying amongst the top ranking skill development projects in India and subsequently went on to win the SKOCH Award for Skill Development (in Bronze Category) at the 53rdSKOCH Summit, on 22nd December 2018, at Constitution Club, New Delhi. The award was received by Chairman of DWSSC Mr. Amod Kanth and CEO of DWSSC Maj Gen Manik Sabharwal (Retd) and was handed over by Chairman of SKOCH Mr. Sameer Kochhar.
DWSSC received the SKOCH order of merit award for the project‘Skill development of domestic workers for better livelihood and increased financial security’. The selection was done on the basis of detailed project presentation, jury evaluation, peer marking and online voting.
