Digital SuperStar Trainer programme is a self-paced learning course for upskilling and equipping existing trainers with training delivery skills in the online medium. This self-paced online course consists of video content and quizzes that make learning enjoyable and engaging. It is optimised for smartphones, laptops and other devices so that trainers can learn at their convenience anytime, anywhere and on any device. The course emphasizes on the mindset shift required for trainers from a classroom to a virtual learning environment, tenets of a learner-centric approach and equips trainers with knowledge of blended learning, its stages and terminologies.
