Johnson Controls – Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited (JCH-IN) has partnered with Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) and Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) to impart skill training in AC repairing and maintenance to improve employment of rural youth in Andhra Pradesh.

State Institute of Vocational Education (SIVE), Telangana to launch Fatafat Naukari courses

The State Institute of Vocational Education (SIVE), a constituent of Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) will launch ‘Fatafat Naukari’ courses across the state to impart training in 42 skill sets  designed under the Skill Development Initiative Scheme (SDIS).

Wipro partners NASSCOM to skill 10,000 engineering students through ‘Future Skills’ platform

As a part of CSR, Wipro partners National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) to train 10,000 students from over 20 engineering colleges in India as part of the Future Skills platform. This is aimed at improving the quality of engineering education by upskilling the faculty and academia.

The new centre operational from will empower local youth with job-oriented technical skill training in the city. Equipped with state of the art training facilities, centre will provide practical training on two-wheelers maintenance and repair; post training, Honda will offer job opportunities at its dealerships to candidates completing course.

PMKVY awareness program conducted at Kakching in Manipur

A one-day awareness programme on the benefits of skill development training programme under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) scheme was held today at Sora Community Hall, Kakching.
