L&T Construction Training Institute (CSTI) trainers and trainees share their messages on Teacher’s Day

“I am S. Durga Prasad,  undergoing training at L&T CSTI Jadcherla, I am here to share my experience with you (Skills India Team) on the occasion of Teacher’s Day.

As I have learned maintenance of Starter, Power, Control Wiring of DOL, RDOL, Star and Delta Starters, mainly awareness of electrical safety and equipment safety. All these safety will be helpful for me at the sites.

Practicals in the workshop and theory in the class rooms are of very ease and understandable where I have gained a lot of knowledge especially at CSTI.”

Classroom & Workshop:

Classrooms and workshop representing a very creative approach to teaching trainees how to access their thoughts and behaviour.

Just like I learned the “maintenance of transformer, using of electronic measurement devices like – IR meter, ER meter and etc. ”

Environment & Health:

For our training, we require healthy diet, which L&T is providing, Thanks to L&T for providing healthy diet.

The greenish environment as I mentioned below.

Entire CSTI is covered with full of trees and bushes. Here at CSTI plastic is banned to maintain greenish.
