Many students who have undergone skill-based training at Apollo MedSkills are now well-placed in jobs. Here are some testimonials

Focus on studies and only studies:

Pavitra, stepped out from a remote village Bhedsur, Gulbarga District of Karnataka with a population of 2400 people and 415 households. Her parents work as landless labor with a meagre monthly household income of Rs.8000/- per month which is insufficient to feed their family of eight.

Pavitra learnt about health care skills training through her friend. Her interest in medical field was so strong from her childhood that she moved out of her village after her 12th grade in Arts subject and joined the training conducted by Apollo MedSkills in their Centre of Excellence in Bangalore. Pavitra is already on the path of career progression due to her high commitment to academics and job.

Pavitra ApolloMedskillsPavitra says – “Thank you Apollo MedSkills for the superb training and bringing this change in my life. I am able to use the knowledge learnt during my training given by Apollo MedSkills at my work place. The excellent skill education taught me to be fearless with good communication, basic computer knowledge and time maintenance. I am drawing a salary of Rs. 11,000/- and sending Rs. 3,000/- home. My friends want me to open a diagnostic lab in my village in future. My father is very proud of me.”

Pavitra does not want to get married as she wants to complete her graduation, grow in life and help her father by shouldering the family responsibilities towards her younger brothers and sisters.

Nikeeta ApolloMedskillsNikeeta Hanumantha says “There were always courses in computer skills and other skills but this is the first time I came to know about health care skilling. The Blood Bank Technician course at Apollo MedSkills is very useful. The teaching during the training program has developed my skills in domain subject, groomed me as a confident person for facing people at the work place. I am enjoying my work and using my skills at my job. DDU-GKY course offered by Apollo MedSkills is an excellent opportunity for me to continue studies and also get a job which is very un-usual”.

Nikeeta, born in Maharashtra, settled in a remote village Bhedsur in Gulbarga District of Karnataka State. She lost her father six years ago. Her family is engaged in agriculture and other daily wage labor with very low household income that is insufficient to meet the needs of their small family of five.

She completed her training at Apollo MedSkills Centre of Excellence in Bangalore.

Bano’s class mate gave her the details about the health care courses. Bano is the eldest among the children in the family has a differently abled younger sister, a brother and another sister studying in school. One of her class-mates informed about the offering of health care courses for non-science background students but then the training was in Bangalore.

Bano enrolled herself for Dialysis Technician course training at Bangalore. Upon completion of the course, she secured job in one of the hospitals in Hyderabad.

Bano says “though I am not from science background, I am happy to have continued my education in health care field. Apollo MedSkills placement-linked courses has helped me in securing a job with a salary of Rs.10,000/-.”

Sunitha’s neighbours and relatives are surprised to know about her achievements.

Sunitha is working with Rainbow Hospitals, Hyderabad after completing the health care course at Apollo MedSkills.

Sunitha ApolloMedskillsSunitha says “my parents are proud of me, but relatives and neighbours are surprised to see me work in such a large group of hospital. Initially, before joining the course I was worried whether I need to pay for this course as I cannot afford. I come from a very poor family. However, I did not have to pay a single rupee for the study material, training, hostel, food. Everything was free and Apollo MedSkills provided me placement also. I am personally happy as I am helping my family financially”.

I thank Apollo MedSkills for giving this opportunity for a good training and environment.
