Competitive coding is more popular now than ever before. As these competitive coding events are now recognized by several large corporations, such as Facebook and Google, the participants have a greater chance of finding employment in a wide range of industries.

It takes more to stand out in the crowd in the dynamic, competitive online coding community that exists today. Participants must lay a solid foundation by learning all of the necessary skills. In addition, having a thorough understanding of data structures and algorithms will give them an advantage in the competitive coding world.

Data structures and algorithms will assist programmers in solving problems with low time and space complexities because their concepts can be implemented in any programming language to optimize the code and make coding effortless.

As useful as data structure concepts are, they can be a little perplexing at times. As a result, having a comprehensive guide to all of the necessary and useful concepts for competitive coding can be extremely beneficial.

TCS iON and Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University are offering a Certificate Programme in Competitive Coding Using Data Structures to help coders learn about important data structure and algorithm concepts for competitive coding environments.

Learners who complete this course will be prepared to participate in coding tests or competitions such as ACM-ICPC, Google Code Jam, and Facebook Hacker Cup, which will help them get better placement opportunities and advance their careers.

The programme will teach them how to perform recursion efficiently, and how to deal with arrays, strings, linked lists, and all linear and non-linear data structures. They will also be exposed to more complex problem statements to help them build in-depth knowledge of all the concepts.

Well-designed course curriculum to maximize learning efficiency – The curriculum of the programme is designed to maximize learning efficiency. It’s a good mix of digital learning resources for self-paced learning, live lecturers, community-based interactions, assignments, and assessments. Along with data structure concepts, the course assists students in gaining hands-on practical skills in coding languages such as C++ and improving their logical thinking.

Potential employment opportunities – Learners will receive digital certification. There are numerous job opportunities available in a variety of industries, including IT, finance and banking, healthcare, product-based businesses, and others. With an average salary of INR 7 LPA to 8 LPA, there is a potential for a lucrative income. And the programme will help the learners leverage the opportunities and lay a foundation for a successful career.
