TalentSprint WE (Women Engineers) Program, offered by TalentSprint and supported by Google, was launched recently. This unique, first-of-a-kind program aims to nurture 600 promising women college students over the next 3 years.
For the first cohort of 100 students, application and selection process has just commenced. Women students graduating in 2020 or 2021 pursuing B.E., B.Tech, M.Sc., MCA in IT, CSE, ECE, EEE, Maths, Applied Maths or equivalent streams having obtained over 70% marks in both X and XII may apply.

For each selected student, the program will provide 100% scholarships (no training fee to be paid by the student) plus a stipend of Rs. 1 lakh. The year-long program offers summer coding bootcamps, live online classes, ongoing mentorship, academic certification, and a chance to access career opportunities with Google and its partners.
In the last few days, this program has been widely covered in the media and already attracted 2000+ students applications from 22 states and 60+ colleges and universities. We expect this program to attract 5000+ applications for the first 100 seats.
