Ltd., a renowned leader in welding technology, has reinforced its commitment to skill development and education. This ground-breaking effort took place over 59 days and enabled ITI students to embark on a journey to becoming expert welders, as well as offer placement chances upon programme completion – all at no cost to the participants.

The FACT programme, which aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world welding abilities, welcomed students from a variety of ITIs throughout the region. The cutting-edge facilities at Fronius India provided the ideal atmosphere for hands-on training and sophisticated welding techniques.

Key Highlights of FACT – Batch 3:

  • Skill Enhancement: Participants underwent rigorous training under the mentorship of seasoned welding experts, gaining proficiency in advanced welding methodologies.
  • Placement Opportunities: Fronius India went the extra mile by facilitating placement opportunities for program graduates. Several participants have already secured promising positions in the welding industry, marking a significant step towards their professional growth.
  • Free of Cost: Fronius India fully sponsored the entire program, making it accessible to deserving students who might not have had the means to acquire such specialized training otherwise.
