Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC) conducts Skill Exhibitions and Job Fairs

Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill Council has been in the forefront of many initiatives to bring in new developmental initiatives in the beauty sector. In this line, B&WSSC have conducted Skill Exhibitions and Job Fairs in different places to provide employment opportunities to the trained candidates and to develop new methods. Let’s take a look at some of the major initiatives: 

Mithas Meet 2018 (VTP Meet) 

MIthas Meet Beauty SectorB&WSSC organised Mithas Meet in Bhubaneswar on 19th Dec 2018. It was a great pleasure to have Mr. Subroto Bagchi ; Chairman, OSDM; Ms. Annu Wadhwa and Team B&WSSC , Mr. Ratnakar , State Head- Odisha ; NSDC. The event was organized purposely for understanding the challenges and the achievements of the Training partners and to bring in more effective methods to unfold new skilling avenues.

Skill Exhibitions and Job Fairs

Ghazipur

Ghazipur Job Fair - Beauty SectorB&WSSC in association with NSDC conducted a Job Fair and Skill Exhibition in Ghazipur, UP to make the youth aware about the career opportunities available in Beauty-Wellness domain and also to provide employment opportunities to the trained candidates under one roof.

Bhubaneswar

Beauty Sector Job Fair_Bhubaneshwar (1)B&WSSC conducted a sector specific Job Fair in Bhubaneswar in order to provide employment opportunities to the youth of Odisha. More than 15 Employers like VLCC, Naturals, Talwalkars, Indulge, O2 Spa etc. participated in the fair to offer jobs. Shri. Pitambar Acharya – Senior Advocate & spokesperson of BJP Odisha was the Chief Guest and inaugurated the event with other dignitaries.

Patna

Beauty Sector Skill Exhibition- Patna (5)

B&WSSC in association with NSDC, conducted Job Fair cum Skill Exhibition in Patna at Patliputra Ground from 4th Dec to 6th Dec. Chief Guest Shri. Ravi Shankar Prasad – Honorable Union Minister for Law and Justice and Information Technology visited Beauty & Wellness Stall, interacted with the team to understand various skilling initiatives SSC is taking to grow and spread the Beauty & Wellness Sector.

 Bhagalpur

Skill Exhibition_Bhagalpur (1)Similarly, B&WSSC in association with NSDC, conducted Skill Exhibition in Bhagalpur  in presence of Chief Guest Shri Vijay Kumar Sinha, Labour Minister and Shri Nitish Kumar Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar will be the Chief Guest. Beauty & Wellness Stall, interacted with the team to understand various skilling initiatives SSC is taking to grow and spread the Beauty & Wellness Sector.

Mumbai

Beauty sector Job Fair- MumbaiB&WSSC participated in Mumbai Job Fair conducted from 24th – 25th Dec 2018 in Mumbai in  order to provide employment opportunities to the youth.
