Kabbaka Srilaxmi, Quality Seed Grower, Telengana, B-ABLE
Kabbaka Srilaxmi belonged to an economically weak family. She took up this course in the hope of getting a job and supporting her family.
The course of Quality Seed Grower was of 40 days duration.
She is working with Swakrushi Farm Producer Company Limited, as a field officer, for a salary of 12,000 pm. YTC (B-ABLE) Jakaram Centre, Mulugu, Jayashankar, Telangana made this possible. She is very thankful to B-ABLE for giving her this opportunity.

She is 10th pass and has completed a one-year diploma course in vegetable culture and seed germination from Melli Livelihood School. Her family income was a meagre 3000 pm. She could study further due to some financial problem.
She wanted to earn her own livelihood. She took up the course of vegetable culture, seed germination and floriculture. It was a one year course. She is self-employed, produces and markets organic vegetable crops, and earns 15,000 to 20,000 pm. B-ABLE’s training is different from other courses as these are available PAN India and prepare the candidates to earn their livelihood. Thanks B-ABLE for the providing her with a foundation to sustain.

He has completed his 10+2 and one year Diploma course in vegetable culture, seed germination and floriculture from Melli Livelihood School. He was inspired by the students who passed out in year 2011, as most of them got good placements. Before the training, his family’s income was 3000 pm. He undertook the course in vegetable culture, seed germination and floriculture.
He worked for Mevedir, as a field officer for 4 months. During his first job in Mevedir company, he got a call for the post of assistant trainer and worked at Tangzi Bikmat Livelihood School from 2013-2015. Now he runs his own business in Horticulture in south Sikkim. He earns around 15,000 pm.
According to him, B-ABLE‘s course is very much effective for learning how to get well sustainable livelihood. Because of the training, now he is able to earn his own sustainable livelihood.
