- The government of New Delhi has suggested creating a skilling programme in the electronics industry with the support of DPIIT as it agreed to allocate funds for the initiative.
- To broaden the electronics industry in India, The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has released a five-year roadmap and vision document for the electronics sector titled “USD 300 bn Sustainable Electronics Manufacturing and Exports by 2026.”
