NSDC Notification for PMKVY Training Partners in the wake of Coronavirus

Please note: The below compliance notification is issued by NSDC in the wake of COVID-19 , Coronavirus.

In the wake of outbreak of Corona Virus and cases being reported, many State Governments/ UT Administration have issued advisory to close Private and Government educational institutions till 31st March 2020. PMKVY Training Partners are advised to comply with the State Government/UT Administration notifications, and in case of any confusion, seek clarification from the Local Administration.

What PMKVY Training Partners are expected to do

In case the Training Centres are being closed based on Government Advisory, the Training Partners are hereby advised to extend the batches and add blank days during training in SIP. For a detailed instruction on this, please see Annexure II- User Manuals Due to Blackout Period for Short Term Training and make necessary updates in Skill India Portal. This facility will be available on SIP for all training centers conducting trainings under PMKVY Short Term Training.

Notification for PMKVY Training Partners - CoronavirusNotification for RPL Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs)

In the wake of outbreak of Corona virus and the cases being reported, many State Governments have issued advisory to close private and government educational institutions till 31st March 2020. All Project Implementing Agencies (PIA) executing any type of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program are advised to comply with the State Government notifications, and in case of any confusion, seek clarification from the Local Administration.

In case you are putting a halt on the execution, kindly inform us on the following email ID – rplpmkvy@nsdcindia.org, along with the following information:

• Copy of the Government circular based on which the RPL execution is being suspended.• Details, such as date, location and stage for every batch for which execution is kept on hold
• Likely date for resumption based on the Government Advisory, to activate the IT system.

To cater to the above, National Skill Development Corporation, in consultation with Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, shall endeavor to make necessary arrangements in Skill India Portal (SIP) to regularize the affected batches in terms of batch starting, ending and/or assessment dates.

It is to be noted as per previous communication of Ministry, the last date for enrolment of new candidate shall remain 31 March 2020.

    Skill development trainer commission is not given properly it is only benefit from students not for trainer
