Project Lead
- Lead a pan-India AI skilling initiative, focused on integrating AI learning into non-IT vocational trades across ITIs
- Drive end-to-end planning, deployment, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to ensure effective implementation and learner outcomes
- Lead and mentor project managers, coordinators, and support teams, while strengthening collaboration with government, ITIs, industry, and funders
- The role reports to the Head of Ecosystem Strengthening

Project Coordinator
- Support on-ground implementation of AI blended and online courses within ITIs across assigned districts
- Mentor students and instructors, conduct orientation sessions, and support AI + Trade practical applications
- Track participation, engagement, and course completion using LMS platforms and digital tools
- The role reports to the Project Manager and requires extensive field engagement across multiple states

Industry Coordinator
- Support implementation of an AI-enabled skilling project by strengthening industry engagement and collaboration with ITIs
- Work closely with industries to source opportunities for placements, apprenticeships, and internships for ITI trainees
- Build and manage relationships with industry clusters, associations, and onboarded partners to sustain long-term engagement
- Coordinate regularly with internal teams, ITIs, and industry SPOCs, and share updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes
- Ensure project deliverables are met within agreed timelines, quality standards, and Tata STRIVE guidelines
