iMOVE Germany facilitated a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) among NSDC International, LM Care AG (a subsidiary of SM Care Solutions GmbH), and Aartees Education to enable the sourcing, training, and deployment of Indian Registered Nurses to Germany. The agreement was signed on December 3rd, 2024, marking a significant step toward addressing the demand for skilled healthcare professionals in Germany.

This landmark agreement focuses on streamlining the sourcing, German language training, and deployment of qualified nurses, aiming to bolster Germany’s healthcare workforce. Over the next two years, the initiative will facilitate the mobilization of 3,250 nurses, marking a significant step in India’s global skill development efforts.

Shri Ved Mani Tiwari, COO (Officiating CEO), NSDC & MD, NSDC International, stated, “We are excited to announce our partnership with LMCare AG and Aartees Education, marking a significant milestone for NSDC International as we work together to facilitate the sourcing, training, and deployment of Indian registered nurses to Germany. This collaboration will enhance the skills of our nursing professionals, preparing them for valuable opportunities in the German healthcare system. Through this initiative, we aim to address the growing demand for skilled nursing personnel in Germany while strengthening the ties between India and Germany in the healthcare sector.”

Under this strategic partnership, NSDC International will utilize its vast network and expertise in skill development to identify and train Indian Registered Nurses for careers in Germany’s healthcare system. By the end of 2025, the organization aims to mobilize 250 candidates who achieve B2 proficiency in the German language. Starting in 2026, NSDC International plans to recruit 1,000 registered nurses annually and train them to pass all four modules of the B2 German language proficiency certificate.

LM Care AG, a subsidiary of SM Care Solutions GmbH and a specialized healthcare service provider in Germany, will:

  • Facilitate the placement of nurses in hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country.
  • Support their smooth transition and integration into the local workforce.

Aartees Education will manage all aspects of deployment, including documentation, preparation, and comprehensive support for candidates from India.

This partnership marks a significant step in addressing Germany’s shortage of healthcare professionals and improving patient care quality. By leveraging the potential of Indian Registered Nurses, NSDC International, LM Care AG, and Aartees Education are fostering cross-border collaboration and strengthening global healthcare systems.
