The Learn and Earn program by Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) is offered under National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) scheme. The industry-relevant courses and the on-the-job training (OJT) under the program will make you industry ready and help you with your career growth.

Learn and Earn: A unique program by NTTF under NEEM scheme

This unique program is under the aegis of the National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM). The infrastructure, the training modules and the curriculum are customized according to the industry needs and are regularly updated as per changing industry trends which will make you fit to the industry requirements.

Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) is an educational foundation providing industry-aligned technical training for the last six decades. It has a huge presence across India. Various skill development initiatives and vocational programs are being carried out by NTTF in association with industry partners with an aim to inculcate values, tradition and discipline among the students.

The NEEM program is rolled out in partnership with industries and would contribute to bringing down the unemployability rate among the Indian youth thereby enhancing the employable skills through on-the-job practical training.

What’s in it for you?

The “Three-year Diploma Program in Manufacturing Technology” for Class 12/ PUC qualified students offers a monthly stipend of Rs 12,000/- and other benefits such as on-the-job training and classroom sessions leading to a Diploma from NTTF. This is a blended model of classroom training, practical training, shop floor training. The program also includes self-development sessions and behavioural training.

• You will get free training with a stipend of Rs 12,000/- per month and insurance coverage which will help you financially and will keep you motivated to complete the Diploma program
• You will also get hands-on practical training in the industry as well as academic qualification. This will help you enhance your employability.
• Upon successful completion of training, you will get a completion certification by NTTF.
• You will be able to choose the industry of your choice after the completion of the program.
• During the on-the-job training period, you will get an opportunity to contribute to the plant’s production activities besides undergoing the theory classes weekly once at the plant.
• NTTF provides placement assistance at the end of the program.

As the program is offered by NTTF which is a pioneering institute in providing technical training, the youth will get the advantage of acquiring industry-focused skills and also the readiness for the future career. 

Eligibility criteria to enroll in the program

To enroll in the program, you must be in the age group of 18-25 years with an educational qualification of Class 12/ ITI/ Diploma passed. There will be an entrance test and screening process by NTTF for the selection, followed by personal interviews and medical tests, to get finally selected for the Learn and Earn program.
