Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) in Airport Operations/Management is an industry-aligned, job-oriented, first-of-its-kind 3 year course in Aviation sector, approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). The course is being offered by Center for Skill Development, Annamalai University in collaboration with Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council (AASSC). The curriculum is designed as per NSQF – Qualification Packs (QPs) and National Occupational Standards (NOS) with 60% practical training and 40% general, theory sessions. Unlike the traditional Degree Course, B.Voc provides flexibility of multiple entry-exit with the advantage of credit-based certification. Hence, your knowledge and skills are valued at every level and you will be qualified for a suitable job, as per market requirements.

Highlights of B.Voc in Airport Operations and Management

  • Developing skills to service the executives to assist the customers before and after a flight
  • Training to provide support to other airport personnel including pilots and engineers
  • Imparting skills on safety regulation on ground and runway operations
  • Developing skills on rescue services and communication procedures in the airport

  • The program leverages the Qualifications Packs of AASSC (Aerospace & Aviation Sector Skill Council)
  • Entry qualification 10 + 2 (12th Pass)
  • 6 Semesters – Multiple exits as per UGC guidelines
  • Certification levels will lead to Diploma/Advanced Diploma/B. Voc

    Interested for B.Voc in Airport Operations and Management. Please provide more details about the fee structure including hostel for boys. Also the prospectus. Is this a distant learning course or directly by the university.

    At present attending HSE exam, plus two KERALA BOARD in UAE.
