The Authorized World Skills India Training Centers (AWSITC) set up by MESC (Media & Entertainment Skill Council) are aimed at training the candidates for IndiaSkills and WorldSkills competitions. The objective is to impart advanced training in media and entertainment sector using latest tools and technologies. This will prepare the candidates to meet the global standards in terms of rigour, quality and performance through NSQF compliant projects.

MESC commenced training of trainers to facilitate competitive training by launching the first First Training of Trainers (ToT) Program at the Hyatt hotel in Pune. The key focus of ToT program is to prepare the trainers using internationally approved training methodology, processes and techniques so that they equip the candidates for skills competitions at national and international levels. The expert trainers will also assist in selection of candidates in various states.
