Understanding the industry’s skill requirements
NTTF’s partnership with the leading industries is helping the institute to understand the current skill needs of the industries.

NTTF prepares an industry-ready workforce by providing them with a platform to enhance their hands-on practical knowledge through various initiatives.
Learn and Earn program by NTTF is an innovative and industry popular program that aims to bridge the industry-academia gap with industry-relevant courses through on-the-job training (OJT).
The Learn and Earn programme by NTTF has been designed in such a way that it benefits both the industry and the children who come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, those who live in rural areas, and those who live in industrially underdeveloped areas.
Helping the industry upskill their employees
Apart from making their student’s industry ready, NTTF also helps the industry upskill their employees.
“NTTF also helps us with our bridge programs which we organize for the capacity building of the students coming from the marginalized sections of the society. Through these bridge programs, instead of diluting the standards for intake, we focus on building the capacity of the students”, said Capt.
