The budget in 2019 clearly emphasized on promoting rural entrepreneurship to reduce migration. India to create job opportunities for 70 lakh youth in Beauty & Wellness through entrepreneurship
Beauty and Wellness sector has seen a tremendous response in terms of youth enrolling for many skill-based courses, most of them leading to self-employment and entrepreneurship. Speaking at the 18th annual convocation ceremony of VLCC Institute of Beauty and Nutrition, Union Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey said that India would be needing more than 70 lakh skilled manpower in coming months due to unleashing of the economy. NIESBUD to catalyze entrepreneurship and support India’s shift to a knowledge-based economy
Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey, Hon’ble Union Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship reviewed the activities conducted by NIESBUD and gave clear directions on tightening the empanelment process to ensure the quality of training partners in the ecosystem.
